🔄 Return & Exchange Policy (7 Days – COD)

At Royal Time, we offer a 7-day return & exchange policy for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders ⌚✨

✅ Eligible for Return / Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

• You receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product

• You contact us within 7 days of delivery

• The watch is unused, with original box & accessories

❌ Not Eligible

• Change of mind after delivery

• Used or worn products

• Requests made after 7 days

• Damage caused by misuse or water (if not water-proof)

🔁 Exchange Process

• Contact us on WhatsApp with your Order ID & issue

• Our team will verify and arrange an exchange

💰 Refund Policy (COD Orders)

• Refunds are issued only in case of damaged or wrong items

• COD refunds are sent via Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash

• Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval
